We offer you two choices for shipping within Canada or internationally via our website:

You can also choose to pick up your items in Vancouver, and at Robson Square.
Surface mail:
This is your cheapest option, but may take some time to arrive with you, dependent upon where you live. If you're abroad, please allow four to six weeks.

Shipments addressed to Canadian P.O. boxes are accepted only if the recipient’s phone number is included on the FedEx Express Intra-Canada Air Waybill. The recipient will be contacted by FedEx in the destination city to pick-up the shipment at the closest FedEx location

Instructions/Tips:

Provide valid shipping address. A likely address where an adult will be home to accept delivery before noon. Provide valid email address and notification will be sent prior to shipment to ensure successful first time delivery.
Provide valid email address, tracking number will be provided. You will be able to track the package at fedex.ca or 1.800.GoFedEx 1.800.463.3339.
In-store pick up
If you would like the convenience of having your items picked and packed ready for your collection in-store in the Vancouver campus store, or at Robson Square, you can choose the pick up option in our online store at checkout. Unfortunately, we cannot organise pick up in the Okanagan yet.
In Vancouver, the pick up desk is located towards the back of the store. Please ask Front Information, if you can't find it.
For Robson Square pick up, please note:
1) Items will be available for pick-up one business day after customers receive an email indicating the item has been shipped. We estimate total turnaround time (from order placement to pick-up availability) to be four business days for all in-stock items
2) Unfortunately, refunds at Robson cannot be processed in-store at the time of return. They will be done online, within one business day of returning the items, to the credit card charged online.
